Robertino is the CEO of ÉO Management, a single family office managing the assets of the Coury Family. Robertino spearheaded the establishment and implementation of the SFO from inception. Leading a diverse team of specialized advisers, Robertino developed a thoughtful structure and business operation positioned to protect and scale the family’s wealth for generations to come. As CEO, Robertino oversees the family’s investment objectives and manages the firm’s operations.

In addition, Robertino Coury is the Founder and Managing Member of LinePoint Partners & Co., and serves as its CEO. He leads the firm’s overall vision, strategy, and operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of all offerings to financial advisors, SFO executives, and their clients.

Prior to establishing LinePoint, Robertino served as President & CIO of a multibillion-dollar independent RIA and multifamily office advisory firm. There, he led the company’s key strategic initiatives while delivering comprehensive, flexible investment solutions and family office-related services to its clients. In addition, Robertino established the firm’s co-investment fund platform that provided clients with simplified and efficient access to institutional-grade alternatives and private market opportunities.

Robertino also serves as Treasurer and Director of the Robert J. Coury Family Foundation, and as a member of the Board of Leaders of the USC Marshall School of Business.

Andrew serves as President of ÉO Management, a single family office established to manage the assets and affairs of the Coury Family.

In addition, Andrew Sternlight serves as President and CIO of LinePoint Partners & Co., where he oversees the firm’s operational and investment strategies to deliver tailored, institutional-caliber solutions that meet the sophisticated needs of single family office executives, financial advisors, and their clients. He is dedicated to equipping advisors with the tools, expertise, and support required to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Before LinePoint, Andrew served as CEO and Co-CIO of a fourth-generation single family office. In this role, he designed and implemented a multi-generational wealth strategy while managing a multibillion-dollar investment portfolio spanning global public and private markets.

Previously, Andrew was a key member of the executive team at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, where he served as chief of staff to the founder and CIO. There, he collaborated with senior leadership on organizational and investment initiatives, refining decision-making processes and implementing strategic frameworks that shaped the firm’s governance.

Andrew began his career as an entrepreneur, co-founding and successfully exiting companies that developed transformative technologies in healthcare, education, and digital finance. He continues to advise startups across diverse industries and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs at Harvard College.

Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, J.D. from Yale Law School, and A.B. with Honors from Harvard College. He is a member of the State Bar of California.

Santino serves as COO at ÉO Management, a single family office managing the assets of the Coury Family. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in driving organizational cohesion across human resources, technology, risk management, and compliance. As a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, he contributes to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.

Santino also serves as Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) at LinePoint Partners & Co., where he spearheads the firm's overall technology offering, manages IT infrastructure, and maintains robust information security protections across the platform. In addition to his role as CITO, Santino serves as LinePoint’s CCO ensuring the firm adheres to financial regulations and internal policies.

Previously, Santino held the position of Director of Compliance at a multibillion-dollar independent RIA and multifamily office advisory firm. There, he helped develop and implement a comprehensive SEC compliance program across its wealth management and private fund business. Santino also managed the firm’s IT initiatives, safeguarding data integrity and operations across all functions.

Santino began his professional journey by serving as a Financial Solutions Adviser at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked with affluent clients to meet their financial goals. He later joined Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, as a Financial Analyst, honing his skills in financial planning and analysis.

Santino earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. His multidisciplinary expertise in finance, technology, operations, and compliance positions him as a dynamic leader who bridges the gap between business strategy and technological innovation.

Juliano serves as a Principal at ÉO Management, a single family office managing the assets of the Coury Family. There, Juliano works closely with the key stakeholders to fulfill the family’s unique generational needs and wealth objectives, and builds relationships with investment managers, founders and entrepreneurs, companies, and other family offices.

In addition, Juliano is a Co-Founder of LinePoint Partners & Co., and serves as its Managing Director. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s investment alliance and co-investment platform. He is actively involved in all facets of investment strategy and operations, ensuring affiliate advisors and family office executives are empowered with unique and compelling solutions tailored to meet the needs of their clientele. In addition, Juliano plays a key role in managing the firm’s co-investment platform spanning a diverse range of curated alternative investment vehicles designed to streamline and augment access to exclusive public and private market opportunities.

Prior to LinePoint, Juliano was a Portfolio Manager of a multibillion-dollar independent RIA and multifamily office advisory firm, where he was responsible for the firm’s investment research, asset allocation, portfolio management, and manager due diligence.

Juliano earned his MS and BS in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Andreo serves as a Principal at ÉO Management, a single family office managing the assets of the Coury Family. There, Andreo works closely with the key stakeholders to fulfill the family’s unique generational needs and wealth objectives.

Additionally, Andreo is a Co-Founder of LinePoint Partners & Co. and serves as its Managing Director. In this role, he assists in guiding the firm’s overall strategic direction and is responsible for its investment alliance and co-invest platform – ensuring that LinePoint’s partnering financial advisors and SFO executives have access to a best-in-class investment office. Such responsibilities include investment and operational due diligence of fund managers, portfolio construction across public and private markets, and publication of thought leadership and market insights.

Previously, Andreo was a Portfolio Manager for a multibillion-dollar independent RIA and multifamily office advisory firm, where he provided comprehensive and flexible investment solutions to families of significant wealth, their private foundations, trusts, investment partnerships and other related entities.

Andreo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Michelle Reyna is the Director of Accounting at ÉO Management, where she leads and oversees accounting and tax compliance activities for family office clientele.

Additionally, Michelle serves as the Director of Accounting at LinePoint Partners & Co., where she manages the firm’s corporate accounting and tax activities. She is also responsible for the oversight of enterprise financial planning and budgeting and works closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Prior to LinePoint, Michelle specialized in tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and their estates at Armanino LLP, a top-ranked independent accounting and business consulting firm in the United States, offering a wide range of services including audit, tax, consulting, and business management to privately held companies, non-profit organizations, and public entities. Her expertise in public accounting enables her to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver tailored solutions.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College.

Alice Amini

Associate

Alice serves as an Associate at ÉO Management, a single family office managing the assets of the Coury Family. There, Alice works closely with the key stakeholders to fulfill the family’s unique generational needs and wealth objectives.

In addition, Alice serves as an Operations and Compliance Associate at LinePoint Partners & Co., where she works closely with senior management to support the firm’s regulatory compliance program, custody and account management functions, and general office operations. She leverages her expertise in law and financial operations to streamline processes, mitigate risk, and enhance operational efficiency for the firm’s partnering advisors, SFO executives, and their respective clients.

Before joining LinePoint, Alice directed operations at a boutique investment bank, leading financial, legal and regulatory initiatives to manage risk, facilitate transactions, and drive profit objectives.

An internationally licensed attorney, Alice brings experience in private practice, where she managed complex caseloads, built a significant client portfolio, and guided clients through significant civil and commercial matters, balancing technical legal expertise with practical, client-focused solutions.

Alice holds a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from Lund University in Sweden and has completed advanced studies in U.S. law at George Mason University Law School. Fluent in English, Swedish and Farsi, and passionate about international human rights, Alice brings a global perspective to her work.
